PROGRAM INFORMATION AUG 2009 – JUL 2010

RECREATIONAL MEMBERSHIP - 
Annual Dues - $90.00 9/1/09-8/31/10
(Paid annually per participant; covers insurance, field development, and administrative cost) 
 
Recreational teams are formed to provide players the opportunity to play soccer in a league. There are no training fees, signup is all that is required for placement, and players must play 50% of each game. Coaches are usually volunteer parents. The recreational program has three annual sessions, fall, winter, and summer. Teams are formed for each session and players must register at the beginning of each session. During the fall and winter season (session), games are played indoors at the Sports Dome. During the summer season games will be played at Anchorage Gardens and various other fields throughout the Anchorage area. In addition to the annual fee above, you will have a fee associated with the program you register your child for. Program fees and dates are listed below;

RECREATIONAL SUMMER SESSION
SEASON: June 1 - July 25 (Outdoor)
U6 & U8 Daytime - $125
U6 & U8 Evening - $125
U10 & Older - $135

Please note that you will only be shown the options that your registration criterion qualifies you for. Qualification is based on the players’ birth year or range; example:

a U6 player registration will only have the "U6 & U8 Daytime" or "U6 & U8 Evening" as available options. Recreational coaches are always needed! If you volunteer to coach your child’s recreational team you will receive a 100% credit for the program session fee. Please complete the registration as normal and check the "COACH" box on the volunteer page. Once complete please email info@ciscsoccer.org with your name and your child’s name and we will credit your account for future registrations.

All late registrations, registrants after the league start date, will be assessed a $10.00 late fee.

The CISC registration system has changed. Please read all the options thoroughly.

All returning and new members will first have to register with the club for the Aug 2009 - Jul 2010 season and pay the annual membership fee. Once payment has been submitted it may take up to 24 hours for the registration to process to activate in our system. After your membership has been activated you will need to login back in using the second option listed in the login selection page, to register for a soccer program or camp. Failure to do so will result in an inactive player status; PROGRAM AND TEAM PLACEMENT WILL NOT OCCUR. Your household login information will be emailed to after you have completed the member registration.

The CISC Refund Policy has changed effective June 1st, 2009. Once you have registered for a recreational, intermediate, or pre-competitive program, and you decide to withdraw, your refund will be assessed a service charge of $20.00. Refund requests will only be accepted before the first day of games for each session. The above policy only applies to players registered in the three programs listed above. All refunds must be by written request, emails accepted, and must include a valid mailing address. Refunds will be done electronically if you paid by credit card or will be mailed to you if you paid in the office by check. Please allow up to four weeks for refunds to be processed electronically and up to six weeks for checks to be mailed.
