Cook Inlet Soccer Club organizes annually, three recreational soccer seasons; fall, winter and summer. Recreational teams are formed to provide players the opportunity to play soccer in a league. There are no training fees, signup is all that is required for placement, and all players must be played in each game. Coaches are usually volunteer parents. New teams are formed for each session and players must register at the beginning of each session.
- Games are administered by licensed referees

- Schedules are listed online and are available via the team or the playing field
- Recreational coaches are offered the opportunity to receive training modules for their respective age groups and teams
- CISC club coaches and admin staff are available at game fields for assistance
- Season run indoor and outdoor year round
- Majority of games are conducted at private fields, cleaned and maintained daily
- Coaching credits are available to volunteer coaches
- Season scholarships are available to participants in need; application process is required (scholarship form).
FALL/WINTER SESSIONS
The fall season begins registration in early August with games starting in October, with the last games being played in December. The season is for players from U6 to U19; (see age group chart).
The fall season games are conducted indoor at the Alaska Sports Dome with practice being conducted once a week at local elementary or middle schools. The fall season will usually be eight to twelve games/ weeks long and uniforms are provided.
The winter season begins registration in mid November with games starting in the second week of January. The last game is played in late February or early March before spring break. The season is for players from U6 to U19; (see age group chart).
The winter season games are conducted on Saturdays, indoor at the Alaska Sports Dome with practice being conducted once a week at local elementary or middle schools. The winter season is usually eight games/ weeks long and uniforms are provided.

RECREATIONAL MEMBERS
Recreational teams are formed to provide players the opportunity to play soccer in a league. The recreational program has three annual sessions, fall, winter, and summer. Teams are formed for each session and players must register at the beginning of each session. During the fall and winter season (session), games are played indoors at the Sports Dome. During the summer season games will be played at Anchorage Gardens and various other fields throughout the Anchorage area. In addition to the annual fee above, you will have a fee associated with the program you register your child for. Program fees and dates are listed below;

Recreational coaches are always needed! If you volunteer to coach your child’s recreational team you will receive a 100% credit for the program session fee. Coach must contact office prior to registering to receive credit for current session. 907-344-7529 or via email info@ciscsoccer.org
IF YOU ARE REGISTERING AFTER JANUARY 6th, 2012 YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THE OFFICE TO DO SO TO ENSURE PROPER PLACEMENT.
The CISC Refund Policy has changed effective June 1st, 2009. Once you have registered for a recreational, intermediate, or pre-competitive program, and you decide to withdraw, your refund will be assessed a service charge of $20.00. Refund requests will only be accepted before the first day of games for each session. The above policy only applies to players registered in the three programs listed above. All refunds must be by written request, emails accepted, and must include a valid mailing address. Refunds will be done electronically if you paid by credit card or will be mailed to you if you paid in the office by check. Please allow up to four weeks for refunds to be processed electronically and up to six weeks for checks to be mailed.
SUMMER SESSION
The summer season starts in early June. The last league game ends in the third week of July and the season ends with a recreational tournament in the last week/ weekend of July for the U10 age group and older. The season is for players U6 to U19: (see age group chart). Games are conducted twice weekly at Anchorage Gardens (Club Fields) along with other local fields (dependant upon permits) Monday through Thursdays in the evenings. U6 and U8 also have a daytime option available that is from 12pm-1pm at Anchorage Gardens (Club Fields). Additional fields are also used: Lake Hood, Stellar and Storck Park, as needed. Practice will occur 1-2 times weekly, based on coaches preference, at local elementary and middle school fields. The summer season is sixteen games/ eight weeks long and uniforms are provided. Players provide shin guards and approriate shoes.
U6/U8: 25-30 minute practice followed by a 25-30 minute game twice weekly. There is a daytime (12pm-1pm) option, along with an evening (6pm-7pm) option available. The daytime option is conducted at Anchorage Gardens (Club Fields), while the evening option is held at Lake Hood, Steller, or potential other fields based on need.
U10 and older: Teams have games twice per week on day designated below. U10 and U12 play at Anchorage Gardens (Club Fields), while U14 and older use other local fields, dependant upon permits. Games run between 6pm-9pm based on quantities of teams. Practices are 1-2 times per week. Day(s) and location(s) are determined by coach.
U6: Mondays/Wednesdays
U8: Tuesdays/Thursdays
U10: Mondays/Wednesdays
U12:Tuesdays/Thursdays
U14: Mondays/Wednesday
U19 or High School: Tuesdays/Thursdays
