Precompetitive players pay a one time annual fee that covers insurance, field development, and administrative cost for the club. In addition they pay the seasonal team fee that covers field time for game and practices, module training for volunteer coaches, and administrative support cost.

Please note that you will only be shown the options that your registration criterion qualifies you for when going through the online registration process; program/ team registration qualification is based on the players’ birth year or birth range;
Example: a U6 player registration will only have the "U6 & U8 Daytime" or "U6 & U8 Evening" as available options; conversely a U8 through U12 player will see options to register for both the recreational program and the pre-competitive program
All late registrations, registrants after the league start date, will be assessed a $10.00 late fee; see policy below.
The CISC Refund Policy has changed effective June 1st, 2009. Once you have registered for a recreational or pre-competitive program, and you decide to withdraw, your refund will be assessed a service charge of $20.00. Refund requests will only be accepted before the first day of games for each session. The above policy only applies to players registered in the programs listed above. All refunds must be by written request, emails accepted, and must include a valid physical mailing address. Refunds will be done electronically if you paid by credit card or will be mailed to you if you paid in the office by check. Please allow up to four weeks for refunds to be processed electronically and up to six weeks for checks to be mailed.
