If you do not see your name or you do not remember your bib number please send an email to the competitive teams coordinator john@ciscsoccer.org;  Please include your full name, your child’s name, a good day and evening contact number and the team tryout you attended.  The information will be forwarded to the team or age group head coach and they will contact you.
