BOD ROLE AND GOALS
The Board of Directors (BOD) is the sole governing body for Cook Inlet Soccer Club.  The BOD role is to oversee the delivery of CISC mission, determine policies and procedures for the conduct of the organization, and monitor organizational performance.  The BOD sets the strategic direction and works with CISC staff to implement the CISC Strategic Plan.  The BOD 2008 goals are to support coach development, improve communications, and develop a long term soccer facility strategy.
