Cook Inlet SC operates several in-house leagues for its member players.  The recreational league occurs three times a year with one outdoor season and two indoor seasons.  The teams play against other recreational teams from within the club.  The league is for players from 4 years old to 19 years old.  During the outdoor season the leagues ends with a tournament that is open to other recreational teams from around the state.

If you would like a more competitive option Cook Inlet SC offers the Pre-Competitive league.  This league offers more opportunity to compete against teams and players that are playing competitively to win games and get results.  The league operates over three season two indoor and one outdoor.  Players' must first sign up for this program and then be placed on a team after evaluation by the director and league coaches.  This league is for players 7 years old to 10 years old.

Cook Inlet SC offers one more in-house league for its competitive players, called the indoor Futsal league.  This league is for players currently playing on a competitive team from U11-U14 years old.  The league offers those competitive players an opportunity to hone their ball skill while playing against balanced competition in fast paced small sided game.  The league only operates during the indoor season and is played on a hard surfaced floor.

Our competitive teams participate in two city-wide leagues, the United Anchorage Youth Soccer League (UAYSL) and the US Club Dome League (USCDL).  These leagues provide the means for all the local clubs to compete against each other.  The UAYSL leagues operate over three seasons, two indoor and one outdoor; the USCDL leagues operates over two season one indoor (five months long) and one outdoor (four months long).
