All leagues will be played under US Club Soccer (CISC)
REGISTRATION:
Teams can register via email at admin@ciscsoccer.org. Please include the following;
· Team Name
· Jersey Color
· Primary Contact
· Roster; must included all the players first and last name, birthdates and jersey numbers
· Requested division with gender
· Special Request
· Please list all team members in the section “Pertinent Information” when doing the online application; use the format provided below.
o Roster: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, CISC Team
All Individual player registrations must be submitted via email. Individual players may be placed on a team that is already formed or can be placed with a team that will be formed by the league.
LEAGUE FEES & GENERAL INFO:
Team Fee: None (8 player’s maximum)
Individual Player Fee: $45.00 (registered with CISC); $70.00 (non-registered)
Multi-Division Fee: $25.00 (paid by the individual player if playing in multiply divisions/ teams)
1. A team beginning the season is expected to complete the season. There will be no entry fee refunds if a team fails to complete the season.
2. League fees cover the cost of facilities, awards, site supervisors and maintenance.
3. Referee fees will be paid by the program.
4. Awards
League/ Tournament champions will be awarded individual awards for all roster players (up to 8 awards).
League/ Tournament runners-up will be awarded individual awards for roster players (up to 8 awards).
5. Managers will receive the first week’s game schedule via email. Game schedules will also be available on line at www.ciscsoccer.org.
6. League standings, schedules and stats will be posted on-line at www.ciscsoccer.org.
7. It is the manager’s responsibility to ensure that his/her team receives schedules and schedule revisions.
8. All league matters will be primarily communicated via internet (e-mails or website).
9. Games will be played on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Please list any special request/ game conflicts, i.e. UAYSL or Dome league games, days your team is traveling etc…, and the league will make every effort to de-conflict your schedule. A team may have up to two (2) games a weekend.
10. Team formation for individual players will be via a draft system.
ROSTERS AND PLAYER ELIGIBILITY:
1. Each team shall be allowed a maximum of eight (8) players on its team roster.
2. Any changes in team management must be reported immediately.
3. All players’ must be on their team’s roster before they are eligible to play.
4. It is the manager’s responsibility to know who is on their roster.
5. There is no limit on player additions, however once a player has been dropped from a team’s roster he/she is ineligible to play with any other team for the remainder of the season.
6. A player may only compete on one team. Players can participate in more than one division.
