2011 Board Of Directors Role and Goals
The Board of Directors (BOD) is the sole governing body for Cook Inlet Soccer Club. The BOD role is to oversee the delivery of CISC mission, determine the policies and procedures for the conduct of the organization and to monitor organizational performance. The BOD sets the strategic direction and works with the staff to implement the CISC Strategic Plan. The BOD 2011/2012 goals are to support continued coach development, improve communications with our members, and to develop a long term soccer facility strategy.
